Every Counter location is built to the same spec. Floor-to-ceiling glass storefront. White walls. Light maple plank floor. Three central display tables in a row down the middle of the floor. Products laid flat at perfect spacing — you pick the box up, look at the side panels, ask a question.
No glass cases. No cash-wrap counter. No checkout line. iPad-led mobile checkout is done at the table where you found the product. Apple Pay default. Receipt by SMS. The whole transaction takes five minutes if you knew what you wanted.
The store as the product
Counter is what Apple Retail would build if Apple sold cannabis. The store is designed with the same rigor as the product on the table.
Every architectural detail — the maple table spacing, the wall lighting temperature, the iPad screen brightness, the door-frame coral ceramic plaque — is specified in the Counter brand standards. Each new location opens to the same spec.

01 · Arrive
Greeter scans ID via iPad at the door. Five seconds. Gestures to the floor.
02 · Browse
Three maple display tables down the middle. Pick the box up. Look at it.
03 · Ask
Two staff in coral-and-white polos on the floor, available for any question.
04 · Pay
Hand the box to a staff member. They scan via iPad. Apple Pay tap. Done.
05 · Leave
Receipt by text. Bag if you ask. Out the door in under five minutes.
04 · The Counter app
Browse the current Edition, reserve a SKU at the location of your choice. Reservations hold for 90 minutes from the time you confirm.
Walk into the location you reserved at. The staff has your name. The product is on the table waiting. Apple Pay tap. Done.
Edition Box reservations open Mondays at 9am. 400-unit cap per Edition. Members get 48-hour early access.
