02 · How we test

The methodology, stated plainly.

Two labs, every batch

Greenleaf Labs (Portland) runs the compliance panel. Cascadia Analytical (Eugene) runs an independent confirmation. We publish both. If results diverge by more than 1.0% absolute on THCa, we re-test before release.

The floor, not the ceiling

The number on the package is the higher of the two lab results, stated to one decimal. The number we trust internally is the lower of the two — the “floor.” If the floor is more than 2% below the published figure, we don’t ship.

Moisture content disclosed

Industry standard for moisture at packaging is 10–13%. We disclose ours to one decimal on every lot. Lower moisture means more accurate weight at sale. The buyer should know.
