The List is an exclusive-access sales platform for limited 710 Labs drops and collections, built around demand-driven scarcity and multi-state inventory across CA, CO, MI, FL, and NJ. Average CA drops receive around 2,000+ guests that are sorted into a Queue-It waiting room while less than 100 shoppers are allowed onto the store at a time. When a product is gone, it's gone.
- Lead Quality Engineer owning Quality and Automation across user functionality, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, checkout, and POS-integrated sales transmits to Dutchie, Blaze, and Treez.
- Built a custom E2E automation suite that runs daily across production, staging, and dev for all five of The List's state storefronts. Paired it with a custom load-testing framework on Artillery, Playwright, and AWS Fargate, using coupled k6 HTTP scripts that push past 2,000 virtual users to simulate the conditions of a real sales drop.
