Live now for Tier 1 (allocation list). Tier 2 (California retail partners) gets access tomorrow morning. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. We don’t restock.
Open Run runs streetwear logic end-to-end. The cultivation team plants in 4-week cycles to match the monthly drop calendar. Every release gets a drop number (DR YY-NN). Every product gets a drop position (/01, /02, /03). Once a drop sells out, that SKU is dead.
22 of 23 SKUs sold through in 18 months. One SKU (DR 25-09 / 04) was pulled instead of shipped because the cure was off. We don’t restock and we don’t reissue. That’s the system.
Every drop allocates a fixed percentage to each tier. The percentages never change. The scarcity is the system.
Long-time customers get 24-hour pre-access via the allocation list. Sign up takes about 90 seconds. We don’t spam.
Two California retail partners get fixed allocation per drop. Both have been with us since the first six months. Closed to new partners until 2027.
